Turkey Academic Archive (Harman), developed at TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, is a metadata aggregation software that provides access to the content needed in compliance with international standards by establishing a connection between national archives, journals (data providers) and search engine services (service providers).The aim is to aggregate the metadata of national institutional open archive contents and provide access to publications through the Turkey Academic Archive (Harman) address.
Objectives:
· Ensure the aggregation of metadata of open archive contents related to institutions that fund research in international standards.
· Provide access to open archive contents at their respective addresses.
